This delicious salad of vegetables with tofu can be prepared simply for lunch or dinner, or you can take it with you to the office in the bank: both aesthetically pleasing and a charge of vitamins at hand.

Recipe "Vegetable salad with tofu"
Ingredients per 2 cans servings
red cabbage
60 g
tofu smoked slices
50 g
cucumber
1 pc.
cherry tomatoes
8 pcs.
sweet pepper
1/2 pc.
mixed salad grass
40 g
olive oil
1 tbsp. l. or to taste
lime
1/2 pc or to taste
chipotle sauce
3 tbsp. l.
Step 1/8
Finely chop the cabbage and put it in a bowl. Add the chipotle sauce and stir.
Step 2/8
Put the chipotle cabbage in a jar. Add another 1 tbsp. l. sauce.
Step 3/8
Cut cherry tomatoes into halves and put in a jar with the next layer.
Step 4/8
Cut off the stalks from the cucumber. Cut into chunks and place on top of the cherry.
Step 5/8
Cut the bell peppers into pieces and add to the jar.
Step 6/8
Cut the tofu into medium cubes and place on top of the vegetables.
Step 7/8
Wash and dry the salad mix, if necessary, put on tofu.
Step 8/8
Pour lime juice and olive oil over the salad.
