Ingredients for 2 servings
carrots
1-2 pcs.
leek (white part)
1 stem
champignons mini
100-150 g
orange
1 pc.
salt

Step 1/4
Peel the carrots and cut into blocks. Leeks are thick rings. Wipe the champignons well with a napkin or rinse quickly without soaking.
Step 2/4
Put the carrots in a saucepan and squeeze the orange juice there. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3/4
Add the champignons and leeks to the carrots. Simmer everything together for another 2-3 minutes, salt, pepper to taste.

Serve the vegetables hot, garnished with fresh parsley leaves.
