1 pack
cherry tomatoes sweet bunch
1 pack
eggplant

zucchini

pesto

parsley

olive oil

Cut the eggplant into rounds, salt well, stack, press and leave for 5-10 minutes. Drain the released juice. Cut the zucchini into rounds, cut the peppers lengthwise into quarters. Pour all vegetables 2 tbsp. spoons of oil and salt, mix.
