Chicken Breast Chop Recipe
Ingredients for 2 servings
chicken breast fillet
2 pcs.
chicken egg
1 pc.
breadcrumbs
100 g
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
freshly ground black pepper
to taste

Step 1/4
Open each fillet, making small longitudinal cuts. Beat to get thin enough layers, salt, pepper.

Break the egg into a small bowl, beat with a fork. Pour the breadcrumbs onto a plate. Roll each fillet first in an egg and then in breading.
Step 3/4
Fry in a hot pan in vegetable oil until golden, about 5 minutes on each side.
