Recipe "Nut-curd souffle"
Ingredients for 4 servings
cottage cheese
400 g
semolina
40 g
sugar
60 g
eggs S1

milk

walnuts

butter

Step 1/6
Grind the nuts to a pasty state. It is most convenient and fastest to do this using a submersible blender grinder.

Put cottage cheese, eggs, sugar in a bowl.

Pour milk and punch everything together with a blender until smooth.

Add semolina (we used durum wheat semolina) and previously prepared walnut paste. Stir the ingredients until combined.

Brush the roasting moulds with butter. Arrange the nut-curd mixture over them, filling the molds almost to the top, and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes.

If desired, sprinkle icing sugar over the finished soufflé and garnish with fresh berries.
