chicken egg

fried eel
2-3 pieces
onion green
2 feathers
soy sauce
1 tsp
sesame oil
1 tbsp. spoon

Break the eggs into a bowl, beat lightly with a whisk.

Finely chop the onion.
Step 3/6
Add onion and soy sauce to eggs, stir.
Step 4/6
Fry the omelette in a large frying pan in sesame oil. If the bottom of the pan is not very wide, then fry the entire mixture in two steps.

Twist the finished omelette into a roll and cut into pieces.

Serve the Asian omelette warm, topped with chunks of eel and garnished with chopped onions.
