chicken ham (or Bernskaya sausage, Mortadella)

Step 1/4
Wash asparagus, peel the bottom of the stem. Melt the butter and simmer the asparagus, it should stay slightly crisp.
Step 2/4
Beat the eggs with salt and cream into the foam, add the diced ham.
Step 3/4
Put asparagus on a plate, keep warm. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and fry the omelette until tender.
Step 4/4
Place the omelette on a plate, top with the warm asparagus.
