Ingredients for 2-3 servings

stracciatella cheese
40 g
onion green
5 feathers
fennel
5-6 sprigs
parsley

ground black pepper
to taste
ground paprika
to taste

Chop the greens finely.
Step 2/5
Fry the uncut cherries in butter until soft, but so they remain whole. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 3/5
Mix the eggs with herbs, salt, black pepper, paprika and butter, on which the cherry was fried.
Step 4/5
Cook the omelette with the greens in the pan - bake in the oven or simmer, covered, then flip.
Step 5/5
Slice the omelette into 4 and serve with the stracciatella and fried cherry.
