Ingredients for 2 servings

onions
100 g
rosemary
1 sprig fresh or ¼ tsp dried
egg

Step 1/4
Finely chop the oars and onions.
Step 2/4
Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown, add half a glass of water, extinguish for 3-4 minutes. Then add mushrooms, rosemary, another half a glass of water and simmer for 5-7 minutes until soft.

Lightly beat the eggs with milk and spices.
Step 4/4
Add the milk-egg mixture to the oyster mushrooms and onions and fry until tender.
