Young cabbage

Butter

Cabbage (preferably young, it will taste better with it) finely shred.
Step 2/4
Lightly fry in butter, then pour in some water and simmer, covered, for 2-3 minutes. It is better not to replace butter with vegetable oil, but you can use ghee.

Using a whisk or fork, beat the eggs with milk and salt.
Step 4/4
Pour them into a pan with the kale, cover and cook over low heat.
