Recipe "Omelet with broccoli and cherry"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
broccoli cabbage
300g
cherry tomatoes

chicken eggs

Step 1/4
Disassemble fresh broccoli into inflorescences and blanch in boiling water for one minute, dry and put in a baking dish.

Beat eggs with milk and spices, salt to taste

Add the cherry tomatoes to the broccoli, halve the large ones.
Step 4/4
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until tender. We recommend serving the omelette on a pillow of fresh baby spinach leaves or rocket. Bon appetit!
