Recipe "Omelet with Adyghe cheese from Olga Volodina"
Ingredients for 4 servings
Egg

Flour
2 tbsp. spoons
Milk 3.2%
200-250 ml
Filtered water
100 ml
Adyghe cheese
50 g
Salt

Step 1/5
Mix milk with flour so that there are no lumps, add water separately.
Step 2/5
Beat the eggs with salt until foam forms, pour the milk + water mixture with flour and continue to beat. The total whipping time with a blender or mixer will take 3 minutes .

Heat the oven to 180g. Grease a tall mold or frying pan (bottom) with butter and pour the egg mixture there. Put in the oven.

After 5 minutes, sprinkle everything with grated cheese and again in the oven for 15 minutes .

Turn off the oven and leave to cool for 10-15 minutes. Bon appetit!
