Ingredients for 4 servings

60 g (1 pack)
green bell pepper
2 pcs (small)
onions

cheddar cheese
100 g
cilantro
half a bundle
cherry tomatoes
6 pcs.
corn mini
4 cobs
salt

ground black pepper

oregano

vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
chili pepper

Step 1/7
Cut the onion and pepper into medium-sized pieces. Mini corn and sausages - in the 2-3 part.
Step 2/7
Heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil. Spoon the onion, pepper, corn and cherry tomatoes whole. Add the chilli (not sliced), oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add sausages to vegetables, mix and cook for about 5-7 minutes.

Finely chop the cilantro. Shake the eggs with a whisk, add chopped herbs, mix.

Grind the cheese on a coarse grater.

Add cheese to vegetables with sausages and pour everything with egg mixture.

Cover and cook for about 7-8 minutes. As soon as the cheese melts and the egg "grabs" on top, the omelet is ready.
