Recipe "Tofu omelette with chanterelles "

Ingredients for 4 servings

Lyon bread
4 pieces (serves 4)
Tofu "With dill and garlic"
150 g
Chanterelles
100 g
Olive oil
2 tsp
Ground turmeric
½ tsp
Pepper Black Pea Mill
to taste
Fresh greens
to taste

In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil, heat pieces of bread on both sides. Or use a toaster.

Chop the chanterelles smaller, fry until tender in a small amount of olive oil, season with salt and black pepper.

Mash tofu with a fork to small pieces. Transfer the tofu to a heated frying pan with a little oil. Add turmeric and mix so that tofu has a uniform yellow color. Add the roasted chanterelles. Season the omelette with salt and black pepper. Add your favorite greens to taste - green onions, cilantro, dill, parsley.

Carefully place the omelette on toast. You can sprinkle a little toast with omelette lemon juice and olive oil.
