Recipe "Olivier with mango and yogurt dressing"
Ingredients for 2 servings

carrots
100 g
hard mango
100 g
fresh cucumbers
100 g
natural yogurt
50 g
olive oil
15 g
Dijon mustard
10 g
baked chicken breast fillet
100 g
canned peas
50 g
basil and parsley greens
3 g
salt, ground black pepper

Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs. Drain and leave the products to cool. If you are not using ready-made baked chicken breast, but raw, boil it in a saucepan or bake it on the grill or in the oven.

Cut all the ingredients - potatoes, carrots, chicken, eggs, cucumbers and mangoes - into small cubes roughly the size of a pea. Drain the liquid from the green peas.

For dressing, mix a little chopped mango, yogurt, olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper in a blender.

Mix all chopped ingredients and peas in a large bowl and season the salad.

When serving, mango olivier can be garnished with herbs.
