Ingredients for 4 servings
Venison goulash
1 pack
Assorted wild mushrooms
150 g
Frozen lingonberries
100 g
Red wine
50 ml
Large onion
Ghee
Juniper
4-5 berries

Defrost venison in the refrigerator in advance.

Cut the onion into half rings .

In a simmer pan, heat the oil and fry the venison until golden brown, add the onion and fry for another minute, then pour in the wine, let it evaporate.

Add the juniper, salt, pepper, pour in a little water and simmer over a low heat for about half an hour .

Boil the mushrooms for 10-15 minutes, rinse and add to the venison, simmer for another 20 minutes. At the end, add the frozen lingonberries and cook for a further 5 minutes. Let the finished dish brew a little and serve!
