Clean the zucchini, grate on a coarse grater and squeeze out the excess liquid. Add parsley, egg and flour, mix everything.
Step 2/2
With a tablespoon, put the pancakes in a hot pan, fry on both sides. It is better not to salt raw zucchini - it will give too much juice, salt ready-made pancakes, and eat with sour cream.
