Traditional okroshka is made on white kvass, and you try it on pink! It tastes quite sour, and basil is practically not felt. But the color is wonderful! Instead of sausage, we recommend sous-vide chicken fillet, such okroshka will turn out to be brighter in taste.

Ingredients for 6 servings
young potatoes
5-6 pcs.
chicken eggs
3 pcs.
cucumbers
3 pcs.
garden radish
4-5 pcs.
chicken breast fillet with Provencal herbs
1 pc.
oatmeal kvass with basil
2 bottles
mustard
1 tsp
fennel
a few twigs
green onion
multiple feathers
salt
to taste
Step 1/3
Peel and boil the potatoes until tender, cool. Hard-boil the eggs, peel. Cut the whites of boiled eggs, potatoes, cucumbers and chicken fillet into cubes. Radishes can be cut into cubes or circles - for beauty. Mix everything up.

Grind the egg yolks with a fork of mustard and salt, adding a little kvass to get the consistency of sour cream. You can add a little horseradish if you like.
Step 3/3
Put a spoonful of yolk dressing on the bottom of the plate, then pour the base of okroshka and pour with kvass, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Bon appetit!
