For okroshka, choose the least sweet kvass, if desired, you can slightly acidify the finished dish with lemon juice. If you do not like okroshka with kvass, try cooking with kefir, slightly diluting it with sparkling water.

1 tsp
lemon juice

Boil the potatoes in the peel, cool and peel. Parallel with the potatoes, boil the eggs, chill, peel and halve. Lay the egg yolks. Cut the whites into cubes.

Dice the cucumbers, radishes and boujenina. Instead of boiled pork, you can use boiled beef, chicken or even boiled sausage.

Rub the yolks with a fork, adding a spoonful of mustard and a pinch of salt - this is a dressing for okroshka.
