carbonated drinking water
0.5 L
boiled sausage
300g
eggs
4 pcs.
potatoes
5 pcs.
cucumber
3 pcs.
garden radish

green onion

fennel
to taste
salt

lemon

Step 1/6
Boil the potatoes in their uniforms until tender, hard-boil the eggs. Cool down.
Step 2/6
Peel potatoes and eggs, dice.
Step 3/6
Cut the cucumbers and sausage into cubes, and the radishes into circles.
Step 4/6
Mix vegetables, add chopped greens, squeeze a little juice from lemon.

Mix kefir with sparkling water.
Step 6/6
Pour diluted kefir vegetables. Okroshka is ready, you can serve.
