Recipe "Korean cucumbers"
Ingredients for 4 servings
cucumbers
400 g
sesame
1 tbsp. l.
garlic
2 cloves
soy sauce
3 tbsp. l.
salt
¼ tsp
Sriracha sauce
1 tsp
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l.
Step 1/3
Cut the cucumbers in half and then into 4-5 more parts. Transfer to a bowl and add crushed garlic, soy sauce, salt, sriracha sauce and vegetable oil.
Step 2/3
Leave the cucumbers in the sauce mixture at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Step 3/3
Sprinkle with sesame seeds as you serve.
