Argentine shrimps without a head

zucchini

bell pepper
1 pc.
large tomato
2 pcs.
fennel

garlic
2 cloves
olive oil
juice of half a lemon
hot ground pepper
to taste

Remove the previously thawed shrimp from the shells, leaving the tails, marinate in lemon juice with salt and hot ground pepper. If you don't like spicy, then just don't add pepper.

Cut zucchini into half circles, bell peppers and tomatoes into large cubes.
