Ingredients for 4 servings

Step 1/4
Lightly crush the sea buckthorn berries with a fork, put them in the kettle. If the kettle has a wide enough throat, you can crush right in it, better with a wooden pusher. So you will not lose a drop of juice.

Add the sliced orange, a piece of ginger root, cloves and honey.
Step 3/4
Pour boiling water over everything and let it brew for 5 minutes.
Step 4/4
Drink sea buckthorn tea hot, adding more honey to taste if desired. Such tea can be poured with boiling water 2-3 more times, increasing the infusion time.
