Recipe for "Gnocchi with Gorgonzola "
Ingredients for 6 servings

Step 1/8
Peel the potatoes, roughly chop. Boil until ready (check readiness with a knife - if the blade easily enters the tuber and comes out, then it is ready). Cool down a little. Drain the water.

Put the potatoes in a bowl, remember with a pusher, add a pinch of black pepper and salt, mix.

Add 100g flour and finely grated Parmesan. Stir.

Next, a little, in parts, add another 200 g of flour, kneading the dough. In consistency, it should be like for dumplings and not stick to your hands.

Boil the water in a large saucepan. Salt - you need about 1 teaspoon of salt per liter of water. Form gnocchi. If you make the pattern with a fork, roll it in flour every time. Toss the gnocchi in boiling water and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes after they have surfaced.

Finely chop the garlic. Preheat a dry frying pan, put garlic in it, add cream, chopped gorgonzola and cook, stirring with a silicone spatula. The cheese should completely melt, and the sauce become homogeneous.

Put the gnocchi in the sauce, warm.

Arrange on plates and serve, sprinkled with grated parmesan and crushed gorgonzola.
