Recipe "German Strudel"
Ingredients for 3 servings
Filo dough
6 sheets
Simirenko apples
8 pcs.
raisin

walnuts and pine nuts

cinnamon

yolk for roll lubrication
1 pc.
icing sugar for garnish

vegetable oil for frying and lubricating the mold

Cut the apples into small wedges. Fry in a heated pan with vegetable oil, add sugar. Remove excess juice.

Finely chop the nuts for the filling. Mix the washed raisins, apples, nuts.

Take two sheets of dough, lay out a third of the filling and roll into a roll. Then do the same with the rest of the dough.

Brush the rolls with yolk and bake in an oven preheated to 175℃ for 40 minutes.
