Recipe "Spinach roll with trout and cream cheese"

Ingredients for 4 servings

spinach
200 g
egg
3 pcs.
flour
50 g
cream cheese
300-350g
olives
5-7 pcs.
red fish
200-250g
salt
to taste
fennel
a few twigs
Step 1/7
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites in a separate bowl until foamy.
Step 2/7
In another bowl, combine the yolks, spinach and flour. Grind everything with a blender until smooth.

Place the resulting mass in a thin layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Step 4/7
Top a baking tray with the whipped whites. Place the tray in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15 minutes.
Step 5/7
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and leave the base to cool. Afterwards, spread the cream cheese on top and arrange the fish.
Step 6/7
Slice the olives and dill and place them on top of one half of the roll.
Step 7/7
Using parchment, twist everything into a roll and cut it into neat pieces.
