Recipe "Spread for sandwiches with shrimp and egg"
Ingredients for 4-5 servings
cocktail shrimp
200 g
cheese (gouda, dutch or cheddar)
100 g
eggs CO

green onion
multiple feathers
mayonnaise
to taste

soy sauce
1 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
Dijon mustard
1 tsp
vegetable oil
150 ml
garlic
1 clove
grain toast bread

Step 1/7
For the mayonnaise, combine all the ingredients except the oil in a tall glass and punch through with a dip blender.

Then start pouring oil into the mass in a thin stream without turning off the blender. After a couple of minutes, a thick emulsion should be obtained - mayonnaise is ready.

Boil the shrimp for a couple of minutes in boiling water.

Chop boiled eggs and shrimp into small cubes.

Finely chop the green onions, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Combine all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise to taste.

Dry the toast in the oven or pan and serve with the spread.
