Turkey Nuggets Recipe
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
ground turkey
1 pack
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
paprika
pinch
garlic dry
1 tsp
corn starch
20 g
chicken egg
2 pcs.
water
50 ml
bran breadcrumbs

Step 1/8
Mix the ground turkey with the spices and starch. Add a little water (30 ml) if necessary.
Step 2/8
Place the minced meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment and roll out so that the thickness of the mass is about 2 cm.
Step 3/8
Put the tray in the freezer and let the mince sit for 30-40 minutes to "grip."

Cut the mince into small rectangles or squares.

Beat the eggs lightly with a fork of water.
Step 6/8
Roll each rectangle in starch, then in an egg with water and in breadcrumbs.

Arrange the nuggets on a parchment-lined baking sheet a short distance apart.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
