Recipe "Nachos with ground beef"

ground beef

canned red beans
1 bank
onion red
1 pc.
garlic
2 cloves
frozen carrots in cubes
200 g
diced tomatoes, canned
1 bank
salt
to taste
ground cumin
to taste
ground allspice
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
ground smoked paprika
to taste
cheddar cheese
1 pack
vegetable oil for frying
50 ml.
fresh cilantro for serving

Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 2/8
Add the carrots to the onions and fry until the moisture evaporates and the carrots have a crust.

Add minced meat to vegetables and fry, periodically stirring the mass so that the minced meat spreads evenly.
