Step 1/5
Disassemble the pink salmon into fibers, remove the bones. Mix the "cream cheese" with Greek yogurt until smooth, then mix with pieces of fish, decorate with dill sprigs.

Cut the champignons into 3-4 mm thick slices and fry until golden. Cut the leeks into thin rings and season until transparent. Mix onions and mushrooms, add cheese and sour cream, salt to taste, warm for another minute and serve.

Cut the onions into feathers, put in a pan with a thick bottom, adding a little olive oil. Fry the onions over a medium heat until golden, then turn down the heat and simmer the onions, stirring occasionally, for about half an hour, add the lingonberries at the end. Dry the duck breasts, cut the skin with a sharp knife, put it on the cold pan with the skin down, cook over low heat. When enough fat is melted, increase the heat to medium and bring the breasts to readiness, salt at the end of cooking. Clean the orange from skin and films, cut into small pieces. Finely slice the finished duck breasts, mix with onions, add pieces of orange.

Boil the eggs, cool, peel and chop into cubes. Cut the herring fillets into cubes, removing the seeds. Peel the apple, if it is tough, cut into cubes. Mix eggs, herring and apple, you can season with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.

Mix cottage cheese with peach syrup, add peaches cut into pieces, garnish with cocoa nibs.
