Soft boiled meat in a spicy thick nut sauce, which can taste better! Such a dish is good to prepare in advance, infusing, it will only get better, and for serving to the festive table it remains only to warm.

Recipe "Meat in nut sauce in Georgian"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
beef shoulder
500-700 g
walnuts
150 g
butter
40-50g
red onion
2 pcs.
garlic
2-3 cloves
uzho-suneli
1 tsp
ground coriander
half a teaspoon
red hot pepper ground
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
salt

Pour cold water (1.5 - 2 liters) over the meat and bring to a boil, remove the foam, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook until the meat is soft, about two hours.

Put the finished meat on a plate, let cool a little and cut into portions, strain the broth.

Finely chop the onions, chop the nuts in a blender into a paste.

In a saucepan, heat the butter, fry the meat until ruddy, add onions, cook until the onions are transparent.

Dilute the nut mass with broth to a thick sour cream consistency, stir well, add spices, salt and garlic passed through the press. Add everything to the meat, pour in the remaining stock and warm for a further 5 minutes. Done!
