An unusual light cream dessert for tofu lovers and those who like unusual taste combinations. In addition, it does not contain animal ingredients and is suitable for vegans and fasting. To prepare tofu mousse, you can use not only raspberries, but also cherries, blueberries or a mixture of berries.

Recipe "Raspberry mousse with tofu"
Ingredients for 4-6 servings
tofu classic
300g
frozen raspberries
200-300 g
coconut sugar
to taste
berries to garnish

Step 1/4
Put the raspberries in the bowl of a food processor or blender. There is no need to defrost in advance. You can add berries gradually: first put 200 g, if necessary, after grinding adding more.

Cut tofu into cubes.
Step 3/4
Add the sugar to the raspberries and put in the tofu. You can pour in syrup from jam, replacing sugar with it.
Step 4/4
Grind everything together until smooth into a mousse. Serve garnished with berries.
