As the name implies, this salad is a traditional dish of the Spanish region of Murcia. It is easy and fast to cook, and therefore such a salad can often be seen on the table of the Spaniards. Recipe "Mursi salad"
Ingredients for 2-4 servings
tinned tomatoes
700 g
bulb large
1 pc.
eggs
2 pcs (or more to taste) + to garnish
canned tuna
150g (or more to taste)
olives
handful + to decorate
Extra virgen olive oil
1 tbsp. l.
salt
to taste
wine vinegar
1 tbsp. l.
mint
for decorating
Step 1/6
Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Place in a bowl, add the wine vinegar and stir with your hands.

Boil hard boiled eggs and cover with cold water to clean better. Peel and slice at random.
Step 3/6
Add the eggs to the onions.
Step 4/6
Put the tomatoes out of the jar without juice and remember with a fork. Add to the onion with the eggs. Also remember tuna with a fork and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Step 5/6
Salt to taste, add the olives and stir.
Step 6/6
Season with olive oil and mix again. Serve garnished with a slice of boiled egg, olives and fresh mint leaves.
