Chocolate dough:

Filling (for spreading):

Step 1/9
Cook the sponge. Mix warm milk, yeast, sugar and flour. Cover with a film and leave for 30-40 minutes in a warm place.

Divide the dough into two parts - 170 g for each type of dough.

Make the vanilla pastry. Add egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, soft butter, vegetable oil and flour to the dough. Knead elastic dough.

Similarly, make chocolate dough by adding cocoa instead of vanilla sugar.

Roll out both types of dough into thin rectangles. On each, apply the filling: whipped butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Roll into rolls, then twist into a kraffin shape.

Leave for proofing for 1 hour 10 minutes - 1 hour 20 minutes.

Bake at 160-165C for about 50-52 minutes.
