Recipe "Sea bass with vegetables"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
sea bass fillet
500 g
medium zucchini
1 pc.
bell pepper
2 pcs.
celery
1 stem
tomato
1 pc.
garlic
1 clove
parsley
a few twigs
olive oil
1 tsp
salt
flour

Cut the vegetables into cubes, chop the garlic and parsley finely.

Rinse the rockfish fillets previously thawed in the refrigerator, dry with napkins, salt, roll in flour, shake off the excess flour. Very quickly fry the fillets on both sides in a well-warmed frying pan in olive oil and place on a plate.

In the remaining oil, fry the zucchini, pepper and celery.
