Recipe "Sea bass with fennel and apple cider"
Ingredients for 2 servings
fresh fennel
1 pc.
frozen fillet perch on skin
400-500g
cream 10%
50 g
apple cider dry
500 ml
butter
30 g
seedling mix
50 g
ground cardamom
pinch
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/4
Thaw the fish in advance in the refrigerator or put in cold water right in the package for 30 minutes.
Step 2/4
Cut the fennel into rings and simmer in butter with the addition of cream and cardamom for 15-17 minutes. Garnish is ready!
Step 3/4
Wash the bass fillet, dry with napkins and fry in a well-heated frying pan in olive oil for 4 minutes on each side, pour in the cider and sweat for a minute under the lid.
Step 4/4
Serve perch with fennel and microgreens, it will perfectly complement the taste of the dish and decorate the plate!
