Ingredients for 2 servings

sea bream (brama)
1 pack
fresh champignons
250 g
orange
1 pc (200g)
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
oregano
½ tsp
paprika
½ tsp
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/4
Defrost the fish in advance for several hours in the refrigerator or in half an hour in cold water, without opening the package. Wash the thawed fillet in cold water, dry with napkins.

Cut the oranges into rounds, peel the mushrooms and cut into halves. Preheat the oven to 180C.

Put orange circles in the baking dish, put the fillet on top, put the mushrooms next to it. Pour the oil over everything and sprinkle with pepper, salt and oregano.
