Recipe "Sea appetizer with pumpkin "
Ingredients for 2 servings
seafood cocktail in butter
180 g
pumpkin
200 g
coconut milk (cream)
50 g
seaweed with fucus
50 g
olive oil
2 tbsp. l.
papaya seeds
to taste
dried basil
to taste
ground black/white pepper
to taste
Step 1/4
Peel and dice the pumpkin (the smaller the cubes, the faster the pumpkin will bake). Place in a roasting tin, seasoning with olive oil with added pepper, basil and papaya seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees (top-bottom mode) until tender (approximately 40 minutes).
Step 2/4
Drain the oil from the seafood and set aside until the pumpkin is ready.
Step 3/4
Put the seaweed with the fukus in a bowl, draining the excess marinade. Prepare a portion of coconut milk (cream).
Step 4/4
Cool the finished pumpkin slightly. Then mix all the ingredients in a baking dish and arrange in creamers. Serve warm or cold.
