Seaweed can be not only in the form of a salad, but also as an ingredient in a full-fledged hot dish! Dried cabbage has a fairly neutral taste and a less pronounced sea smell, so do not be afraid to experiment with it!

Recipe "Seaweed with fish in a wok"
Ingredients for 2 servings
dried seaweed
30 g
hake fillets (haddock, cod, pollock )
500 g
bulb
garlic
2 cloves
ginger
2 cm root
rice vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbsp. spoons
soy sauce
to taste
sesame oil
for frying

Soak the cabbage in warm water for an hour or more, rinse and dry the swollen kelp.

For the marinade, combine the vinegar (or lemon juice), crushed garlic and ginger .

Cut the pre-thawed fish into small oblong pieces and marinate in the mixture for 10 minutes.

Cut the onions into thin feathers .

In a wok, heat the sesame oil and quickly fry the onion, put on a plate.

Then fry the fish in batches for two to three minutes .

Put the fried fish, onions and seaweed in a frying pan, add soy sauce and warm for 3-5 minutes, done! Serve with rice and fresh vegetables.
