Homemade ice cream is pretty simple to make. Having molds and the right ingredients at hand, you can indulge yourself and loved ones with a cold dessert whenever you like.

Recipe "Ice cream with peach and grapefruit"
Ingredients for 15-20 servings
eggs

80 g
peaches
4 pcs.
cream 33-35%
300 ml
grapefruit

Step 1/6
Break the eggs into the bowl of the mixer and pour in the sugar. Whisk in the lush foam.
Step 2/6
Remove the bones from the peaches and cut the flesh into pieces.
Step 3/6
Squeeze the juice out of the grapefruit. Put the peaches in a blender bowl, pour in the grapefruit juice and grind everything together until smooth.
Step 4/6
Add 200ml of the resulting fruit puree to the sugar-beaten eggs. Stir with a mixer.
Step 5/6
Whisk the cream and add to the previously prepared base, mix well with a whisk.
Step 6/6
Pour the resulting blank into molds, sticking sticks, and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Since our ice cream is portioned, during the freezing process you do not need to take it out and mix it.
