Banana

Ice cream ice cream
1 jar
Orange
Butter
25 g
Brown cane sugar
3 tbsp. spoons
Cinnamon
Strong alcohol (fruit liqueur or cognac)

Step 1/5
Melt the butter and sugar in a frying pan, cook for a minute or two until caramel forms.

Squeeze the juice out of the orange and pour into the caramel.

Peel and cut the bananas lengthways, then into three pieces, put the banana pieces in the pan. Toast the bananas for 2 minutes on each side.

Pour alcohol into the ladle, hold a little over the fire, pour into the bananas and set it on fire quickly.

In no case do not turn on the hood above the stove! The flame will burn out quickly, arrange the bananas in cremants, put balls of ice cream on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and pour the orange-caramel sauce remaining in the pan. Check it out!
