A recipe for dairy ice cream with a bright aroma of fresh strawberries. Try making it at home: you'll need an ice cream maker or mixer, blender and freezer. We cooked it with a mixer, no ice cream - and the ice cream was excellent.

Recipe "Ice cream from milk with strawberries "
Ingredients for 4 servings
milk 3.2%
300 ml
condensed whole milk with sugar
100 g
sugar
50 g
chicken egg
2 pcs.
fresh strawberries
150 g
salt

Beat the eggs with sugar into a lush foam.
Step 2/7
Remove sepals from strawberries.
Step 3/7
Punch the strawberries with the condensed milk and milk in a blender. It is not necessary to achieve homogeneity, you can leave part of the berries in pieces.

At this stage, we recommend adding a pinch of salt, it will make the taste more expressive.

Combine the milk-strawberry mixture with the egg, beat everything together with a mixer.

Pour the mixture into a container with a lid or into a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer with the lowest possible temperature (it is advisable to turn on the shock freezing mode, if any).
Step 7/7
After an hour and a half, take out the ice cream, whisk quickly and put it back in the freezer. It is advisable to repeat this step 2-3 times for a more delicate consistency. But you can just freeze and no longer beat: such ice cream will have larger crystals and not such a smooth texture. In total, it will take 5-6 hours to freeze ice cream.
