Ingredients for 2 servings
young cabbage
1 head (~ 600 g )
eggs
3 pcs.
fennel
a few twigs
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
salt

Cut the young cabbage into quarters lengthways, keeping the bump to keep the leaves together. Boil salted water in a saucepan and boil the cabbage until soft, it will take 2-3 minutes.

Put the cabbage on a plate, let the water drain.

Finely chop the dill.

Break the eggs into a bowl. Mix the eggs with the dill and beat with a fork.

Cut pieces of cabbage into thinner segments, keeping the middle.

Roll the cabbage in the egg and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

You can serve battered cabbage both warm and cooled.
