Recipe "Milk soup with vermicelli"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
milk (depending on the desired soup density)
750-500 ml
pasta cobweb
100-150 g
sugar
2 tsp

Pour cold milk into a preheated saucepan, constantly stirring with a whisk.

When the milk boils, add pasta and sugar. We cook as much time as indicated on the packet with vermicelli (on average it is 7-10 minutes).

Cover with a lid and let it brew for 10-15 minutes, removing from the stove. And then pour the soup into plates and enjoy.
