Ingredients for 8-10 servings

500 g
baking powder

milk
80 ml
butter

Step 1/5
Beat the sugar with melted butter. Add 1 egg, milk, baking powder and whisk again. Then add the flour and knead the soft dough.

Roll out the dough into a layer 6-7 mm thick.

Make crusties - for example, squeeze them with a serving ring, glass or cookie cutters. Or you can just cut the dough into identical pieces with a regular or figured knife. Place the cakes on a baking tray, brush with the remaining egg.

Place in an oven preheated to 190-200C for no more than 15 minutes. When they brown, take them out right away, otherwise they will be tough.
