120 ml
Milk
640 ml

Mix 2 tbsp. tablespoons of millet and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of rice. Pour boiling water over the millet so that the bitterness goes away. Then wash the mixture several times under water.

Grate pumpkin on a grater.

Mix the cereal mixture in a saucepan with grated pumpkin. Add 120 ml of water and 640 ml of milk. We put it on fire. Bring to a boil, then cook for minutes 15 over medium heat. Then we leave to languish under a closed lid (or half-open) over minimal heat. Salt and sugar rash to taste. I do not add anything, I like porridge with a natural taste of milk and pumpkin.
