fried kebab
200 g
mini-pitas
5 pcs. (1 pack)
gouda cheese
50-100g
parsley
a few twigs (leaves only)
tomato
1 pc.
mayonnaise

Cut the kebabs into small pieces.
Step 2/5
Cut each mini-pit to make a pocket. Put a little kebab in each pocket.

Slice the tomato and cheese. Put a slice of tomato and a couple of slices of cheese in each minipit.

Place the mini-pitas on a parchment-covered baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 5-7 minutes.

Wash and dry the parsley, put a little in each mini-pit. Add a little mayonnaise to taste. Serve hot or take to a picnic.
