Мимоза с копчёной рыбой, шаг 1/5
Step 1/5
Boil potatoes and carrots until soft, cool, peel and grate on a medium grater. Hard-boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, and grate. Disassemble the fish into small pieces, remove the bones and skin. Try how salty it is. Place a serving ring on a plate and spread the salad in layers. The first layer is potatoes: if the fish is not too salty, salt this layer. Brush a little with mayonnaise: it is most convenient to do this by cutting off the edge of the package so that it is squeezed out in a very thin stream. Do not apply layers to make the mimosa air.
