Recipe for "Mussels in Tom Yam Sauce"
Ingredients for 2 servings
mussels cooked meat
250 g
pasta tom yam
25-30 g
coconut cream
50-100 ml
garlic
1 clove
salad mix
120 g
olive oil
0.5 tsp
Step 1/6
Peel and grate or finely chop one clove of garlic.
Step 2/6
Fry the garlic in a pre-heated pan with the olive oil for 30 seconds.
Step 3/6
Add the tom yam paste, stir and simmer for another 30 seconds.
Step 4/6
Add cream, mix thoroughly.
Step 5/6
Then add the pre-thawed mussels. Fry everything together for another 2 minutes.
Step 6/6
Serve with a mix of lettuce.
