Recipe for Mussels in Blue Cheese Sauce
Ingredients for 1-2 portions
Grey's mussels
6 pcs.
onions shallot
1 pc.
wine white
100 g
soft cheese with blue mold "Blue cheese"
100 g
baguette
for filing
thyme
branch
butter
20 g (1 tbsp)
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
young garlic
half a small head
Step 1/7
Wash the mussels with a brush from visible dirt. Remove the grass sticking out of the doors.

Peel and chop the shallots.
Step 3/7
Pour 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil, put the onion. Add half a small head of baby garlic, cook for 1 minute.

Pour in the wine, add the butter and a sprig of thyme. Cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

Cut the cheese into pieces and add to the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts.

Put the mussels in a saucepan, cover and cook until their flaps open.
Step 7/7
Cut the baguette into slices, drizzle with oil and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ until blush. Serve the mussels with the sauce and slices of baguette.
